David H. Lichter, Esq.

David is an experienced litigator whose work is now solely devoted to mediating and arbitrating a wide variety of disputes and serving as a Special Master in state and federal court. Having practiced for more than 35 years, Mr. Lichter has mediated and arbitrated more than 1700 matters, is engaged regularly by plaintiffs and defendants and mediates and arbitrates cases throughout the United States and abroad. He is A/V rated by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest available rating, and is included in the 2019 edition of The Best Lawyers in America®, the 2019 edition of Florida Super Lawyers® and was selected as the 2017 “Top Solo” attorney by the Dade County Bar Association.
Mayra Lichter
Mayra’s practice focuses on Wage and Hour litigation and issues relating to non-profit organizations. Mayra also has substantial experience in appellate matters. Mayra received her B.A. from Brown University Magna Cum Laude in 1980 and her J.D. from the University of Florida with honors in 1983. At the University of Florida, she served on the Moot Court Board, was a legal research and writing fellow, and won Best Oral Advocate at the Justice Campbell Thornall Moot Court Competition.
Janessa Wasserman, Of Counsel
Janessa’s practice currently focuses exclusively on Wage and Hour matters. Janessa also has substantial experience in intellectual property rights enforcement and piracy, as well as complex commercial litigation, antitrust and trade regulation and tax matters. Janessa received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Miami in 1995. In 1998, Janessa received her J.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was the Writing and Research Editor of the Yearbook of International Law and was involved in the Litigation Skills Program. Janessa is a member of the Florida Bar and American Bar Associations. Janessa is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Circuit and County Court mediator.

The matter involved extensive computer analysis and consultation with leading computer consultants from different disciplines.
